Industrial Pressure Washers - Trailer Mounted or Stationary?

Industrial pressure washers have many variants. One can buy either a hot water pressure washer, cold water pressure washer, or steam pressure washer. Industrial pressure washers have varying powering methods, heating methods, pressure levels, and features. Some industrial pressure washers have high flow rates; others have much lower flow rates, sometimes as little as 0.5 GPM (for example, Daimer®’s Super Max™ 6120LM).

Two of the most pertinent questions to ask when purchasing industrial pressure washers are:
• What type of features do you need?
• Do you require a portable or a non-portable machine?

Daimer®’s machines have numerous different features and various degrees of portability. Stationary pressure washers such as the Super Max™ 15400 are ideal for factory floors, fixed location car washes, and other industrial applications where you require high cleaning power in combination with a multi-user feature within a limited space.

Daimer® also retails industrial pressure washers that are wheel mounted, allowing for easy maneuverability within a small space like car washes, airports, commercial complexes, basements, hospitals, and so on. Examples of these types of machines are Super Max™ 6000, Vapor-Flo® 8910, and Super Max™ 6120SCW.

Most of these machines are also trailer mountable. This means that these machines can be safely loaded on to trailers and carried to distant locations for a variety of commercial and industrial cleaning applications.

In addition to the machines mentioned above, most of the 12000 series (such as the propane-powered Super Max™ 12500 PE, the electricity-operated Super Max™ 12800, and the diesel-operated Super Max™ 12880) can be mounted on trailers.
